Yes. New means sealed, straight from the box. EX-UK means previously owned in the UK and sold at a lower price. Toggle both on product pages.
Do New phones come with a warranty?
New devices include a 1-year warranty. Keep your GadgetHub invoice for support. Set-up is available before you collect or take delivery. The fee varies and is confirmed when you engage with us.
What payment methods do you take?

Can I trade in my old phone?
