About GadgetHub

Gadget Hub Investments (“GadgetHub,” “we,” “us”), operating gadgethubke.com, sells genuine, new Apple devices and accessories in Kenya. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT as applicable. The contract price is the KES amount confirmed at checkout.

Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels accurate but cannot guarantee availability at the time of order.

Orders

Orders can be placed via the website cart or via WhatsApp ( 0729 585 471). An order confirmation does not guarantee stock; we will notify you promptly if an item becomes unavailable and offer a refund or alternative.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa and card payments via our payment provider. Lipa Mdogo Mdogo is an in-house installment option offered directly by Gadget Hub Investments - there is no third-party lender. Corporate and bulk buyers may arrange separate payment terms under a signed agreement with us directly.

Approval for any installment arrangement is at our discretion and subject to the terms we communicate for that arrangement.

Trade-In program

Trade-in values shown online are estimates only. Final value is confirmed after physical inspection of the device. We reserve the right to decline any device that fails verification (including devices with an active iCloud or Google account lock, outstanding finance, or unclear ownership).

Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Warranty

New devices include a 1-year warranty. Keep your GadgetHub invoice for support. Set-up is available before you collect or take delivery. The fee varies and is confirmed when you engage with us. Warranty claims are handled with your GadgetHub invoice and our Return & Refund Policy. See also Warranty & Repairs.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and imagery belong to GadgetHub or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, GadgetHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
