Do you sell refurbished or used phones?
No. We only sell new, sealed devices. Trade-ins are accepted as credit toward a new purchase - they are not sold as inventory on this site.
How do I order?
Browse the shop, then WhatsApp or call 0729 585 471 to confirm stock and place your order. You can also visit us at Norwich House, Suite 15, 4th Floor.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, card, and our in-house Lipa Mdogo Mdogo installment plans. Corporate and bulk orders are settled by agreement.
What is Lipa Mdogo Mdogo?

Which devices can I trade in?
iPhone and Samsung only. Credit applies toward any new device we sell. Final value is set after in-person inspection.
What warranty do I get?
New devices include a 1-year warranty. Keep your GadgetHub invoice for support.
Can I return a device?
Faulty, damaged-on-arrival, or not-as-described items may qualify within 7 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns on sealed new devices are not offered. See our Return & Refund Policy.
